AOX1 LLC — Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Times
Retail orders are processed and shipped within 20 to 30 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items — including bulk and wholesale orders, which are noted as such in their product listings — are fulfilled within one to three weeks of ordering.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, AOX1 LLC is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. For questions about a shipment in progress, please contact USPS or UPS directly using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us before your order ships. Once an order has left our facility, we are unable to modify the delivery address and cannot accept responsibility for misdirected packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery, we can reship it to you for an additional shipping fee. Please note that undeliverable orders do not qualify for a refund, and customers wishing to receive their items will need to cover the cost of reshipping or place a new order.
International Orders
Our website currently accepts only domestic U.S. orders. However, we are happy to accommodate international shipments on a case-by-case basis. To place an international order, please email us at mail@aox1.com with your order details. We will provide a quote that includes product and shipping costs, and your order will be fulfilled upon receipt of payment.
Damages
AOX1 LLC is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Replacement items will require a new order.
